This carefree solution enables you and your guests to remain dry while enjoying your wedding or event, and also looks good in the photographs.

We deliver and collect...
The umbrellas are sent on Parcelforce, trackable overnight service, to your nominated address 3 working days before the date of your wedding and will be collected, by Parcelforce from any address you require, 2 working days after it. The umbrellas are checked and individually sealed to ensure quality. Our usual service is as above, however, if different delivery or collection days are more convenient to you, when you order please email your preference to us.

Simple, secure ordering and payment...
It's easy. Place your order online and pay on our secure payment page (Secure Hosting). You will receive a payment confirmation email from “Secure Hosting” and a subsequent Order & Delivery confirmation from Hire-a-Brolly.

Brolly Availability...
It's first come first served, to make sure of your order we recommend you place your order as soon as you can.

And if you prefer to buy umbrellas...
If you would prefer to buy the umbrellas or if you wish to keep them after the wedding then you can buy them from just £10 each (less the hire charge already paid).

We have high standards and our umbrellas are good quality walking and golf umbrellas. On return, the umbrellas are individually checked, sleeved and sealed to ensure continued quality.

Highlands & Islands including the following postcodes do attract an additional delivery and collection charge as shown on the order page, these areas can also take an extra day or two for delivery:

Standard Orders...

We advise that you order your umbrellas as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as we allocate and reserve on a first come first basis. To make sure that you receive your umbrellas in good time we despatch your order to arrive three working days before your event, our cut off for this is: 

12.00am, 4 working days before the event, e.g. for a saturday wedding the order needs to be placed by 12.00am on the Tuesday. We will despatch that day so that you have your umbrellas on the Wednesday. 

Last Minute..

We know that sometimes things get left to the last minute and therefore we will try to assist you as much as we can. Our provision for after the cut off point is until:

12.00am, 2 working days before the event, e.g. for a Saturday wedding the order needs to be placed by 12.00am on the Thursday; delivery must be on the Express Service, which prioritises the consignment within the Parcelforce system so is more reliable at short notice. We will then despatch that day so that you have your umbrellas on the Friday before 12.00am.

Extra Information...

Your Umbrella's will be sent to you by overnight courier in cartons which can contain up to 25 umbrellas.

Courier charge is just £15 for 2 way courier (delivery and collection) for the first box of up to 25 umbrellas. Each additional box of up to 25 umbrellas will be charged at an additional £5 each.

Guaranteed delivery before 12 o'clock is an additional £10.

Carriage charges will be calculated at the checkout stage.

Please note: Our minimum quantity for the hire of umbrellas is 5.

If your event is early in the week, please order the preceeding week.

Better still, to avoid disappointment please order as soon as you can.
