When will the Umbrellas arrive? The umbrellas are sent on Parcelforce, trackable overnight service, to your nominated address, they will arrive 3 working days before the date of your Wedding or other Event. We will email you a tracking number when we send out the Umbrellas and you can track your delivery from the next day on www.parcelforce.com For a Saturday Wedding we will normally delivery on the Wednesday of that week, if you require a different delivery day please email this after you place your order. When will the Umbrellas be collected? Parcelforce will then collect normally 2 working days after your Wedding or other Event, they can collect at any time during that day, unfortunately we cannot specify a time for collection, please ensure the address you choose for collection will have someone available all day for the collection. Please keep the delivery box for collection as it is pre-labelled for the return. For a Saturday Wedding we will normally collect on the following Tuesday, if you prefer a different collection day please email this after you place your order. Quality of the Umbrellas? We have high standards and our umbrellas are smart, good quality, walking and golf umbrellas, which you will be pleased with. On return, the umbrellas are individually checked, sleeved and sealed to ensure continued quality. The wedding and event umbrellas are gentlemans walking umbrella size so cover very well. The “Brides” umbrellas are golf size so are ideal for covering the Bride and dress, ushers with other members of the bridal party and guests, etc. How long can I leave it before I order? It's first come first served, to make sure of your order we recommend you place your order as soon as you can. For peace of mind and to ensure your brollies please order early, some brides order some months in advance. We will try to help right up until three to four working days before the wedding/event but very late orders cannot be guaranteed. What is your minimum quantity? We have a large stock of umbrellas, so we can cater for all size events, from many 100’s to 5 umbrellas. Our minimum quantity for hire is 5 umbrellas, if you need less we would recommend that you buy the umbrellas from us. What if I only want to buy the Umbrellas? We are happy for you to buy our umbrellas; simply select the umbrellas you would like to buy and proceed with the order as normal. If you only want to buy umbrellas our system will charge you the normal 2-way courier charge of £15 per carton. As only one way courier and packaging is required upon receipt of the order we will refund £5 per carton to your card. What if Umbrellas are broken, lost or kept? If you would prefer to buy the umbrellas or if you wish to keep them after the wedding then you can buy them from just £9.99 each, less the hire charge you have paid. If umbrellas are lost, broken or badly soiled (so we are unable to clean them for further hire) we will charge these at the Sale rate less the hire charge you have paid. How many shall I hire? Whilst that is essentially a personal decision based on your type of wedding, budget, etc we would advise “Brides” umbrellas for the bride and ushers, wedding umbrellas for the bridal party and further wedding umbrellas as you require for the guests (1 umbellas per 2 guests) How many umbrellas can we get in a box? Normally we put a maximum of 25 umbrellas per box, but for orders of 30 we would still be able to get these in one box, if in doubt please phone. What do I do with the box? The delivery box is a sturdy 2 way carton, which we label for the return. Please keep delivery carton for return of umbrellas. If the umbrellas are used and are wet, please: Shake umbrellas to remove excess water, furl and fasten umbrellas, place umbrellas in carton supplied and seal carton if possible.
